Vocational Redirection

Applying the return to work hierarchy, there are situations when individuals may need to consider an alternate vocation. Our Consultants are able to conduct Vocational Counselling and Vocational Assessment to assist individuals to identify vocational interests, transferable skills, aptitude and training needs, with the aim of recommending appropriate and viable vocational options. Labour market research may then be conducted to confirm the viability of any vocational options recommended.
