Loan is a Registered Psychologist who has also completed a Masters of Business Administration.
She has extensive experience in workplace rehabilitation management, having worked in a broad
range of work settings including private and government organisations as well as having
significant experience as an employer-based Injury Management Consultant. Loan has provided
workplace rehabilitation services to many industries including education, aged care, health and
related services, hospitality and manufacturing. Loan has an interest in occupational stress.
Amanda is a qualified Occupational Therapist and has completed a Masters Degree in Occupational
Health and Safety. She worked in the health care industry as a Therapist in the specialty areas
of neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics and hand therapy before specializing in occupational
health and safety, workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention. Along with many years
experience providing workplace rehabilitation services through both local and national Workplace
Rehabilitation Providers Amanda has worked as a Senior OHS Consultant providing consultancy
services across a range of industries. Her areas of special interest include assessment,
modification and individual and group training in the areas of ergonomics and manual handling.
Jitka has completed Masters of Occupational Therapy (Hons) in 2008 in Sydney and since has worked
for a number of workplace rehabilitation providers. Her previous experience includes working for
a large company as an employer-based Injury Management Advisor. The industries Jitka has
serviced include hospitality, education, production, manufacturing, mining and health provision.
Jitka is passionate about achieving excellent return to work outcomes for all parties involved
and has special interest in management of complex physical and also psychological injuries.
Grace is a qualified Occupational Therapist, having graduated from Curtin University in 2006. She
has since worked in the injury management industry in both Perth and Sydney working for various
workplace rehabilitation providers and as an independent contractor. Grace has experience with
industry types such as manufacturing, defence, aged/disability care and stevedoring. She has
special interest in functional and ergonomic assessments and equipment prescription.
Meghan is a qualified Chiropractor who graduated in 2012 from Murdoch University. She has been
working in occupational injury management since 2014, when her passion to have a positive impact
on the Australian workforce made her transition from private practice. She has worked across
multiple industries from manufacturing, agriculture and food production in Tasmania, Victoria,
New South Wales and Western Australia. She has worked both employer based rehabilitation, within
the workers compensation insurance system in WA and as a contractor during this time. Her focus
is ergonomics and she is currently completing her Masters in Ergonomics, Health and Safety at La
Trobe University.
Lenke (Lenka) is a qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor, who graduated from the University of
Sydney in 2005. She has worked in the field of occupational rehabilitation holding positions
across the industry with insurers, rehabilitation providers and employers. Lenke has held a
various employer-based roles, with experience in the service delivery, education, and health
sectors. Most recently Lenke has worked in Western Australia in insurer and employer roles
before returning to rehabilitation provider work with IMS Organisational Consulting.
